Although a lot of my outcomes manifest in video and moving image, my practice is really grounded in and led by my love of drawing. As an illustrator and animator, I tell stories about my own experiences and the world around me, finding joy, comedy and fantasy in the mundane. Experimentation is crucial part of my process and my work often communicates a sense of playfulness and freedom, with energetic mark-making and warm colour palettes; I want the audience to indulge and delight in what they see.
