I am an illustrator, that focuses more on commercial work. Looking into the best way to communicate a message or idea to the general public. This year two of my main projects have been a film poster design and a book cover design. The poster designed for the thriller ‘The Night of the Hunter’, the brief limiting us to two colours and traditional printing techniques. The book cover for ‘Daisy Jones and The Six’ by Taylor Jenkins Reid. With both these projects I try to approach from an angle that hasn’t been shown to the public, bring in a detail from the story that other designers have not highlighted. I enjoy the challenge of helping bring other artists work to the masses. Figuring out how best to interpret other’s work to people outside of the artistic world.
