I am a prolific multidisciplinary designer with a focus on book design, poster design, typography, and image-making. My practice draws the breadth of my interests, which range from Interbellum poetry to baseball. This translates into an analytical, detail-oriented approach. Originally an illustrator and comics artist, I fell in love with typography, valuing carefully-considered and subject-informed design choices. My design is in the service of an authentic connection, a feeling of excitement and tactile warmth, ranging from refined restraint to avant-garde playfulness wherever needed. My productions have included typographic installations, letterpressed posters, type design, prop-making, book design, and bookbinding. I am also shortlisted for the ongoing Penguin Book Cover Design Award.
